How do I get started?

Where are you based?

We are based in New York but travel for the right project. Contact us to discuss your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via our website, Zelle, and check. For murals, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure your date, 25% is due at the midpoint of the project, and the remaining 25% is due upon completion. For custom sneakers, Paint Experience, and all other artwork, full payment is required before we begin.

Do you offer rush orders or expedited services?

Yes, for both murals and custom sneakers. Rush fees apply. Contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Can I see examples of your work?

Murals & Commercial Spaces

Do you only do commercial murals?

No, we welcome all projects. While we specialize in commercial spaces like restaurants, offices, and retail stores, we also take on residential walls and private spaces.

What surfaces can you paint on?

We work on drywall, brick, concrete, wood, and most other surfaces, both indoor and outdoor.

How long does a mural take?

It depends on the size and complexity. A standard commercial mural typically takes 3–7 days. We'll give you a clear timeline before starting.

Do you handle the design too?

Yes, we collaborate with you from concept to finish. You share your vision and we handle the design and execution.

What if I don't know exactly what I want?

That's totally fine. We'll guide you through the process, just tell us about your space, your brand, and the feeling you want to create.

Paint Experience

Do I need any art experience?

Absolutely not, no experience needed. Our sessions are designed for everyone, from total beginners to experienced artists.

How many people can join a session?

We accommodate groups of all sizes, from small private parties to large corporate events. Contact us and we'll tailor the experience to your group.

How long does a session last?

Typically 2 to 3 hours depending on the event and what we're painting.

What's included?

Everything, canvases, paints, brushes, easels, and instruction. You just show up.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for larger groups or corporate events. For last-minute bookings, contact us and we'll do our best.

What's the pricing?

Pricing is custom based on group size, location, and duration. Contact us for a quote at sandstudiollc@gmail.com 

Custom Sneakers

What is the starting price?

Custom sneakers start at $350. Final pricing depends on the complexity and detail of your design.

What's included in the price?

Labor and the cost of the shoes. Shipping is billed separately.

How do I place an order?

Email us at sandstudiollc@gmail.com with the shoe brand, size, and your design idea. We'll confirm the design, send you an invoice, and once payment is received we purchase the shoes and get started right away.

How long does it take?

Typically 3 to 6 weeks depending on complexity and current order volume. Rush orders are available for an additional fee.

Are the sneakers wearable?

Yes, all sneakers are painted with professional-grade waterproof, permanent paint and are fully wearable in all weather conditions. With proper care, the artwork lasts as long as the sneaker itself.

Can I cancel my order?

All custom orders are final sale. Once payment is received, no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are accepted under any circumstances.
